Interim Executive Director
Association Announces Leadership Change
Missouri Association of Manufacturers’ (MAM) Board of Directors has appointed
Michael Eaton as Interim Executive Director of the association.
Michael Eaton joined Missouri Association of Manufacturers in July of this year as the Marketing and Development Manager. He has been working to develop a strategic direction, as well as a marketing and communication plan for the organization. Michael Eaton brings to the position his extensive experience and background in healthcare marketing and communication services. “I am excited and honored to lead the team here at MAM”, Eaton commented. He continued, “I believe in the mission and vision of the association and look forward to continuing to expand on the important role that this organization plays for the association’s manufacturing members.”
David Moore, CEO of Paul Mueller Company and Chairman of the Board for MAM, added, “Our Board and staff thank Kim Inman for her leadership that considerably expanded the activities of MAM, our events, and the services offered to our members
by our partners. Michael Eaton brings us experience in manufacturing as well as strong marketing skills developed in multiple industries. We are fortunate to have his leadership and assistance in planning for MAM's next steps.”
Eaton comes to this position with the resignation of the organization’s CEO, Kim Inman. Inman has played a vital role over the last seven years, expanding the association’s training, educational, healthcare programs and services. Inman’s decision to step down
is allowing her to fully commit herself to other opportunities that are in development.
