Terri Tucker - Owner, Tucker Resources
Terri is a professional speaker, facilitator, writer and leadership coach. She has owned and operated Tucker Resources since 1996 and serves clients worldwide in many industries.
Terri has a gift of helping others look through the eyes of those they serve and find opportunities for growth. She coaches leadership to help develop practices, messages, and offerings that create success for all served. Facilitation of strategic plans, annual goals, Mission, Vision and Value Statements is also a proven practice for Terri.
Keynote addresses and entertaining presentations are among Terri’s strongest offerings.
Terri has a rich marketing background having served as Marketing Director for KMBC-TV; Hearst Broadcasting. and KYTV; Schurz Communications. She was Marketing Director for Herschend Family Entertainment Properties (Herschend Family Entertainment owns properties such as Silver Dollar City, Dollywood, Stone Mountain Park in Georgia.)
She is the creator and founder of Herschend Family Entertainment’s corporate training center, Legendary University…an internal marketing and leadership training retreat.
Terri has most recently launched PHC University, the corporate training center for Phoenix Home Care and Hospice – Missouri, Kansas, and Illinois.
She has recently published her first leadership book entitled, Iron Wolf featuring 8 Lessons of Leadership for building a culture of high engagement and responsibility.
Terri is best known as “Mom” to two sons and “Wife” to Les Wiest (pronounced Weest). They live near Branson, Missouri on Table Rock Lake.

Heidebrecht has more than 20 years of experience and has provided forensic and expert witness services in the areas of biomechanics, human factors, ergonomics and work physiology. He has testified in more than 75 State Court and US Federal Court cases including the Federal OSHA hearing regarding the National Ergonomic Standard.
Heidebrecht is a certified Ergonomist/Human Factors Professional and board-certified Exercise Physiologist. His expertise includes the implementation of ergonomic risk reduction processes, biomechanical analysis, upper/lower body ergonomic assessments, human factors analysis, physical demand analysis, job matching, work physiology and job specific functional testing.

Nicholas Henderson - EHS Manager, Heartland Pet Food
Nicholas is the Health, Safety and Environmental Manager for Heartland Pet Food, the manufacturing company for Blue Buffalo Pet Foods.
Heartland Joplin began in 2014 as the first owned Blue Buffalo manufacturing facility. In 2017 the facility added the ability to make pet treats. Currently the facility is +500,000 square feet, manufactures over 50% of all Blue Buffalo Dry Dog Food, has 3 treat production lines, and serves as a distribution center. The facility operates 24/7, employees 220 “Buffs”, and produces over 1.3 million pounds of product per day.
Prior to this role, Nicholas served in the Safety and Environmental Departments for other manufacturing companies, including La-Z-Boy manufacturing and EaglePicher Technologies.
Away from work he enjoys camping with his family and running.

As an HR Professional with more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Stephanie’s focus is to help companies become compliant with employment law regulations and to provide strategic support in all areas of HR so clients can meet their business objectives. Over the past 7 years as an HR Advisor, she has supported multiple companies in various industries including banking, manufacturing, engineering, health care, non-profits, restaurants, pharmaceuticals, construction, and technology services, among others.
She graduated from Missouri State University (MSU) with a Bachelor’s degree and continued her education by completing the Human Resources Certificate Program through the Management Development Institute (MDI) at MSU. She is a SHRM Certified Professional and earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification with the Human Resource Certification Institute.
Brooke Smith - Partner, Vessell Bridges Murphy Law Offices
Brooke Smith is a partner with Vessell Bridges Murphy Law Offices in Springfield, Missouri. She has exclusively represented employers and insurers in Missouri workers’ compensation matters for the majority of her legal career.
Brooke earned her Juris Doctorate degree, along with a Certificate in International Trade and Finance, from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2004. She received her BA in International Relations from William Jewell College.
Outside of work, Brooke serves on the Board for Harmony House and as a Committee Member for Habitat for Humanity. She is married to her husband, Scott, and they have three rambunctious boys. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends.

Russell is the President and CEO of Mid-America Safety & Environmental, a leading safety consulting and training company located in Springfield, MO. With over 250 active clients covering 25 states, safety management and OSHA compliance are his areas of expertise.
Russell earned his Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health from Columbia Southern University. He is a member of the North American Safety Professionals and American Society of Safety Professionals.
In his free time, Russ enjoys golfing and traveling with his wife.
